Course overview

Clinicians need to recognize "Who they are" and how their level of self-awareness can influence their biases. It is important to recognize that clinician bias, whether implicit or explicit, influences the engagement with clients and the outcomes of client treatment. Finally, clinicians need to understand the way that their biases impact clinical perception and client outcomes. This workshop will help clinicians to understand who they are and how their biases may impact client interactions and outcomes.
