CLINICAL FEATURES OF PITYRIASIS VERSICOLOR INCLUDE EITHER HYPERPIGMENTED OR HYPOPIGMENTED FINELY SCALED MACULES. THE MOST FREQUENTLY AFFECTED SITES ARE THE TRUNK, NECK, AND PROXIMAL EXTREMITIES.
