BPSD AFFECTS UP TO 97% OF COMMUNITY-DWELLING PATIENTS WITH DEMENTIA AND HAS A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON PROGNOSIS, INSTITUTIONALIZATION, AND CAREGIVER WELL-BEING. THIS ACTIVITY REVIEWS THE EVALUATION AND MANAGEMENT OF BPSD AND HIGHLIGHTS THE ROLE OF THE INTERPROFESSIONAL TEAM IN IMPROVING CARE FOR PATIENTS WITH THIS CONDITION.
