Course overview
Pelvic Health includes the functioning and management of the bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs. Rehabilitation professionals have the training and expertise to educate and engage individuals to achieve their best possible pelvic health. This podcast is designed to introduce rehab therapists to the term pelvic health and explore different applications of the PT and OT skill set to pelvic health initiatives for individual patients, as a public health program, and as a global initiative.
