The use of hypnotics has increased over the past 20 years however evidence-based medicine shows that their use leads to poor outcomes. By highlighting these dangers and discussing non-pharmacologic approaches, this activity aims to broaden the management of insomnia and assist the pharmacist in managing and recommending therapy. This course can be used to satisfy 1 hour of live requirements for pharmacists. This live course is available online through any device with internet access. There are unlimited test attempts and no time limit for completion.
