What is recovery and what is the best way to achieve it? By looking at the past and present modalities of substance abuse treatment we will explore their effectiveness of helping people recover. We will review the various self-help groups that are available to our patients and look at new and innovative recovery treatment models that may change the way treat substance use disorders in the future.
