The goal of this program is to inform nurses how to use the healing power of humor in caring for themselves and their patients. After you study the information presented here, you will be able to; explain how the body responds to humor, describe two ways humor can help nurses cope with workplace stress, and state three ways nurses can use humor to help patients.
