Course overview
The course will provide basic information about attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD. Information on the symptoms and causes of the disorder will be presented. The developmental nature of ADHD will be explained. Other conditions that tend to co-exist with ADHD and the implications for treatment will be reviewed. Finally, information about how to identify the disorder and ways to support the people you care for will be provided.
