HH Conditions of Participation (COPs): Organization and Administration of Services

Course overview

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requires home health agencies (HHAs) to comply with minimum health and safety regulations known as Conditions of Participation (CoPs). This course is one in a CE series for HH that is meant to present the HH Conditions of Participation and interpretive guidelines in a way that helps staff better understand the CoPs and best practices to be in compliance with them. This course will specifically address 484.105 Condition of Participation: Organization and Administration of Services.
