The importance of movement and sensation for trauma treatment across the lifespan: What traumatized children in Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment (SMART) teach trauma therapists Movement is crucial to trauma treatment as clinical evidence from a child and adolescent treatment across the developmental span demonstrates.
