The Movement System: Advanced Running Assessment and Treatment
Tracking # 20-1081216
Course overview
This course will utilize the movement system as a framework to assess advanced running biomechanics. You will improve your movement assessment skills by learning concepts of speed of force generation, maximal voluntary isometric contraction (MVIC), closed kinetic chain testing, mirroring movement, and cross body assessment. Based on your movement observations and biomechanics knowledge, you will then learn how to provide running-specific treatments to correct inefficient movement.
