Format and structure may differ from standard MedBridge courses. Clinicians such as RNs, PTs, and OTs have been introduced to wound management in school, but the mastery of advanced techniques would depend on exposure in their daily practice. This course will provide clinicians an understanding of advanced techniques such as sharp debridement and multiple application techniques of negative pressure wound therapy. This course will also demonstrate the importance of rehabilitation in the wound care multidisciplinary team.
