Course overview

Users of drugs colloquially called zombie drugs may appear to be in a zombie-like state: unresponsive, lacking coordination and balance, and having difficulty communicating or responding to stimuli. These drugs have been associated with horrifying and dangerous effects including skin ulcers, abscesses, and open wounds with black, dead tissue that left untreated may ultimately require limb amputation. This course provides information about krokodil (desomorphine), flakka (alpha pvp), and tranq (xylazine).
