Course overview
This training will address issues of compassion fatigue (similar to burnout). It will address the symptoms and warning signs of compassion fatigue, and the negative effects of compassion fatigue on both individuals and those for whom they provide services. It will also provide examples of ways to manage compassion fatigue and help attendees develop a plan for engaging in strategies to defend against compassion fatigue and burnout.
