On October 1, 2023, significant changes to the MDS will be implemented as part of CMS' data standardization and ongoing QRP initiatives. The number of changes for FY24 is the highest since the implementation of the MDS 3.0. This course will review and highlight some of the most significant changes, including an introduction to new and revised items.
