Course overview

Achilles tendinopathy (AT) is an impairment that can be experienced at any point along the lifespan. Individuals experience pain resulting in gait and functional impairments as a result of pathological changes at the Achilles tendon and local environment. The purpose of this course is to provide insight into the structural pathology and clinical signs associated with AT, impact of age and activity level of the plan of care, and provide examples of evidence-based interventions for AT to achieve the best outcomes.
