There is new research regarding optimal practice for flexor tendon rehabilitation and the forces applied during the rehabilitation process. In this course, the practitioner will examine the rationale for the provision of active exercises rather than place-and-hold exercises through an in-depth analysis of anatomical considerations. Additionally, the course will provide a rationale for tendon mobilization to prevent adhesion formation. This course uses detailed motion graphics, illustrations, and live demonstrations to highlight best practice based on the latest evidence.
