Description: In this workshop, facilitated by faculty from the Reflective Supervision Collaborative, participants will build the critical self-awareness needed to re-envision their authentic voice to leverage current opportunities in their role as a reflective supervisor to increase racial and socio-cultural awareness in themselves and their supervises in this new and shifting landscape. Session will include opportunity to apply to the learner's unique supervisory situation. Learning Objectives: Use critical self-reflection to examine their own social location and its impact on professional relationships. Increase comfort with discomfort related dialogue around ethnoracial and societal realities and finding their own authentic voice. Apply new insights on finding their authentic voice to their leadership roles, i.e. program leadership, supervision, consultation, policy.
