Pelvic Floor Work

Course overview

This two day workshop will cover techniques to address common dysfunction related to the pelvic floor including injuries, postnatal issues, prostate issues, and incontinence. In this workshop, we'll cover hot to address the pelvic floor with specificity and confidence using breath work, manual therapy techniques, visceral work, and movement. Students will learn how to safely and effectively access some major pelvic floor muscles. Note- all work demonstrated in this workshop is done externally and clothed.
