An Overview of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a 1 hour course designed for the novice and intermediate clinician working with patients with carpal tunnel syndrome. This course provides an in-depth overview of the diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome including carpal tunnel anatomy, clinical and differential diagnosis, and common signs and symptoms of CTS. Conservative and surgical treatment options are reviewed and include interventions such as splinting, tendon gliding exercises, and patient education. Surgical treatment may include an open or endoscopic release of the carpal tunnel.
