Course overview
This program will define HIV/AIDS and discuss the history of its origin and how it has spread. This program will also address the biopsychosocial assessment and treatment of the virus, clear up some of the myths and misinformation about the virus and help the professional health practitioner attach clients to meaningful resources in combating this disease. Ethical issues regarding HIV/AIDS are also addressed. This course is available online. After reading the material the participant must pass a post-test which measures the successful completion of the objectives. The passing score for the post test is 80%.
