Welcome to the course titled A Client Care Module: Activity for Older Adults. This course covers benefits of physical, mental, and social activity and what complications may occur with inactivity. The care professional will learn that Activities of Daily Living and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living are activities that can benefit their clients in many ways. This course will help care professionals brainstorm different types of activity and how to encourage their clients to remain active regardless of age or health status.
