Pediatric Oncology: Leukemia & Stem Cell Transplant

Course overview

Children diagnosed with leukemia as well as those who receive a stem cell transplant may experience functional impairments as a result of diagnosis and treatment that may be amenable to occupational therapy interventions. The purpose and main objective of this course is to provide information and evidence-based recommendations to assist occupational therapy practitioners in effectively providing occupation therapy services to these unique populations.
