Treating the root cause of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) through prevention at any age. The correction of the Craniofacial and Orofacial structural abnormalities to enhance airway will increase oxygen intake, decrease and reduce obstruction. To prevent the occurrence of Obstructive sleep apnea through early diagnosis and treatment of the root cause will help so many people that are now suffering from OSA around the world. Continues Positive Air Pressure (C-PAP) equipment have improved so much to be more user friendly. Some still find it or will find it cumbersome, stop using the CPAP machines. CPAP save lives, it allows you to breath and get enough Oxygen supply into your system. When a person stops breathing, the Apnea Hypopnea Index (AHi), get high it causes stroke, heart attack and other systemic collapse due to lack of Oxygen. Improving airway through myofunctional therapy, Oral appliances, epigenetics and pneumopedic engineering will relieve those with OSA from the lifetime use of the CPAP machine. CPAP machines are provided to the inmate population. Myofunctional therapy and breathing wellness will be beneficial in Corrections, it does not require surgery or medication. Obstructive Sleep Apnea has become a worldwide epidemic.
