This class will aid in-training massage therapist and certified massage therapists in understanding the procedures of Cupping therapy and the correct implementation of it in their physical therapy sessions, including the benefits, contraindications, and principles necessary for an effective procedure. At the end of the class, the students will be able to complete a full session of Cupping therapy, including the respective assessments for each client condition and the correct location and maneuvering of muscles.

My name is Maria Matilde Hoffman, and I am introducing this course to discussion, instruct, and demonstrate the correct and effective application of neuromuscular cupping techniques. The concepts presented in this course have been proven to reduce pain, decrease inflammation, improve the nervous system, increase blood flow, and helping sore muscles. The presentations and methods shown in this course have been effective in teaching both new and experienced massage therapists the practice of neuromuscular cupping.
