The WV Real Estate Sales Pre-license course is a 90 clock-hour course that follows the full 16 week fall or spring semester with BridgeValley Community and Technical College. Students will set their own pace through this online course. There are no mandatory time limits on assignments, discussions, quizzes, tests, or final exam with the exception that all Module tests and Final Exam must be successfully completed before the end of the semester the student is actively enrolled in. All students have access to the Student Guide for D2L Brightspace, to help them navigate through the online program.
