Course overview

Foundations in Equine Ultrasound is a comprehensive course showing the attendee how to get excellent diagnostic quality ultrasound images in the field. Part 1 is a 4 session (1 hour per session) video course covering ultrasound of the equine metacarpus, fetlock, pastern, foot and stifle. It features original anatomical dissections and real-time split screen video of hand position and ultrasound feed to teach the attendee HOW to get excellent quality diagnostic images. Part 2 is 5, 1 hour sessions, covering the shoulder and elbow, carpus, neck and back, pelvis and hock. Attendees can opt to take single sessions or the entire course.
