This Train the Trainer course for Nurses is an intentional and necessary complementary intervention/ tool for the current global health crisis of firearm violence. This course is a direct result of firearm violence being a significant public health crisis. The course's intent is to reduce firearm violence by demonstrating some of the interventions proposed by the SWC in which many groups of people can participate via the use of the works of Dr. Masuro Emoto (Healing with Water) ; Dr. Jeanne Achterberg (Distant Intentionality); Ms. Pat McCallum (Essence Repatterning). the coupled oscillators effect and all synthesized into an easy to understand format by yours truly - Experiences in Relaxation PLLC. Because Nurses are everywhere... Nurses, worldwide and neighborhood by neighborhood, are in a unique position to positively demonstrate the effectiveness of the SWC. By educating Nurses globally, yet beginning with Washington, DC, proper, the SWC can demonstrate that use of the SWC become a force to be reckoned with in terms of its effectiveness in reducing firearm violence. hopefully violence in general by using evidence - based scientific principles. Because firearm violence negatively impacts the health of individuals, families and communities, Nurses can improve the health and safety of individuals, families and communities worldwide by educating their local communities on the effectiveness of spreading daily Metta Loving Kindness meditation. Using evidence-based, yet simple and proven techniques, Experiences in Relaxation, PLLC intends to educate Nurses on how to demonstrate the who, what, when, where and how so that Nurses completing this Train the Trainer program can effectively educate ones in improving the health and safety of individuals , youth, families, schools and organizations daily; a highly effective solution. In addition, Nurses will be able to educate ones on the importance of daily, timely action using the Metta Loving Kindness Meditation. Through assessment, analysis , planning, interventions and evaluation, our Nurses will be able to effectively demonstrate that consistent use of the Metta Loving Kindness Meditation is a valuable tool that can be and should be implemented in every region that serves, children , youth and families. Elders can participate, those with limited mobility can participate. Nurses will understand: 1. How the use of Distant Intentionality can be used to assist in reducing firearm violence , passively; 2. a. Who the Father of Stress is; How the General Adaptation Syndrome impacts the health of their patient; impacts the Nurse's health; 3. What Dr. Emoto was able to do with 10,000 Japanese students and the waters around the world; 4. Why the SWC can make a significant , effective health impact on their patient's health , the health of the patients' communities, as well as their own health; 5. They are necessary to determine when and where to make the most significant and impactful initiatives for effective community-based, school-based, hospital-based, and /or organizational based mindfulness strategies designed to increase and improve the health and safety of communities, individuals and families; 6. Why knowing the theory of coupled oscillators elevates their working knowledge of how to provide effective solutions to the global burden of firerarm violence.
