The goal of this course is to define the scope and standards of oncology nursing, ethics, and evidence-based practice (EBP) in oncology nursing practice. Elements of professional performance such as environmental health, collaboration, advocacy, leadership, education, quality of practice, and evaluation of practice are reviewed in this course. The goal of this course is to review the scope and standards of practice and professional performance for nurses in the oncology setting preparing for the Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) examination. This course is not affiliated with the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation (OCCN).
