Do you feel lost sometimes before starting a massage, not knowing what muscles to focus on during the session? The muscle testing techniques in this class are a way to check the symmetrical balance of the body utilizing applied and functional kinesiology tests. Several basic muscle tests will be demonstrated and participants will be able to practice them on each other.
