Instructor: Pamela Harmell, Ph.D. This class will examine the confidentiality, record keeping and boundary controversies that arise with online therapy. This workshop will address therapist competency, working across state lines, expectations of privacy when working online, required informed consent, record keeping, and reputation protection. Literature updates, expert opinion, and relevant ethics codes will be discussed.
