Keeping current on coding guidelines and the frequent source coding guidance can be challenging for even the most seasoned coders. This presentation will cover the upcoming October, 1 code changes from CMS which are key to compliant coding. Upon completion of this presentation, you should be able to: Identify new ICD-10 CM and PCS codes in use for 2024. Describe where to access the new ICD-10 CM and PCS Codes. Recognize ways compliant application of new codes can impact an organization. Define when the updates will be valid for use.
