Survey Process for Nursing Facilities

Course overview

The survey process can be a stressful time for nursing facility staff. One of the ways to minimize survey-related stress and anxiety is to have a better understanding of the survey process and its various components. Furthermore, this understanding allows you to identify ways in which you can begin to prepare your facility and its staff for impending surveys. Given the significant impact that survey outcomes can have, improving survey outcomes should be a high priority. The goal of this course is to provide management-level staff in the post-acute setting with an overview of the survey process.
