What is Shingles?

At the completion of this course, the participants would be able to define what is shingles which is also called herpes zoster, and know a brief history about it. They would also be able to identify the cause and how it is transmitted, and list the signs and symptoms. Lastly, be able to recognize the complications, and know the treatment and prevention which includes vaccination, and how to manage the illness with home remedies.
