Mental Health For Nurses

Course overview

This course will cover information to equip the nurse with the knowledge of how the profession can potentially negatively impact us and what we can do to mitigate those effects. This course will cover various important mental health terminology of burnout, compassion fatigue, imposter syndrome, and resilience, and the researched impact of numerous situations within the nursing field on nurses' mental health. Most importantly, this course will provide the nurse with what we can do to best take care of ourselves so that we are able to take the best care of our patients.
