Financial Management: An Introduction

Course overview

Administrators and healthcare leadership must pay careful attention to an organization's finances. Budgeting skills, consistent accounting practices, and the ability to both create and read financial statements are required to stay on top of an organization's financial health. Healthcare administrators need to have a basic understanding of financial management practices. The goal of this course is to educate administrators in all post-acute care settings about introductory financial management concepts and practices.
