This training will expose participants to the foundational knowledge and skills needed to incorporate the power of effective feedback into their own work environment. This interactive training will explain "the why" behind the power of feedback as well as provide examples, direct application and interactive practice opportunities.¿ Feedback is vital to problem solving as it exposes both the good and bad of ideas and behavior, especially in supervisory relationship.
