PMH-BC: Communication and Treatment Planning

Course overview

This course will cover effective communication, communication barriers, coping and defense mechanisms, and treatment planning. All of these factors are interdependent and essential for fostering mental health and aiding recovery. Knowledge of communication techniques and coping mechanisms also assists clinicians to recognize interventions that they need to provide effective and non-biased mental health care.
