This curriculum will demonstrate how to locate, define and quantify the subjective and objective medical necessity of the subluxation by covering findings which correlate with objective documentation and diagnostic procedures. It will define medical necessity and document proper SOAP notation. This course will help provide documentation for third parties to verify necessity to go to the next academic step.
