Over the last few decades, the consumption of seed oils in the human diet has risen from only 2% of daily caloric intake to over 10%! Mirroring that rise are also the incidences or heart disease and obesity! This webinar will discuss how seed oils are made and how much of the particular seed (sunflower, corn, soy, grape ect..) is actually used to make only a small serving of oil. You will learn how the toxic biproducts of linoleic acid, found abundantly in seed oils, affect heart disease, obesity, dementia, and testosterone. Measures to decrease seed oil consumption and improve nutrition will be discussed to improve the health of the Chiropractic patient.
