0202-9999-24-004-L01-P Tobacco use and vaping are major causes of addiction, morbidity, and mortality in the United States. Although a variety of effective treatment options are available, few individuals use medications when quitting, and most do not receive professional assistance. The goal of the training is to equip pharmacists with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively apply a dual-pronged approach to treatment, which combines behavioral counseling with motivational interviewing and medications. This educational training is offered in January and February 2024.
