Course overview

This program is intended for the long term care market and the new CMS survey process. there are seven mandatory tasks that are required for the survey - they include: resident and staff interview, observations, and MDS data. The purpose of the new survey is to deliver a systematic and consistant data collection and assure quality of care throughout the facility, from facility to facility and through out the country.
