My name is Maria Matilde Hoffman, and I am introducing this course to discuss, instruct, and demonstrate the correct and effective application of Deep Tissue Massages for in-training and licensed massage therapists interested in continued education. The concepts presented in this course have been proven to relieve muscle ache and stiffness, reduce muscle adhesions, improve circulation, and provide overall relaxation while diminishing bodily tension and stress. The presentations and methods shown in this course have been effective in teaching both new and experienced massage therapists the effectivity of Deep Tissue massages.
