The goal of this program is to familiarize nurses with the process and results of creating a personality-sensitive workplace. After you study the information presented here, you will be able to; explain the relationship between personality sensitivity and improved interpersonal relationships, list examples of how patients and nurses benefit from personality-sensitive care, and describe Hartman's Color Code theory, detailing the role of motives and the strengths and limitations of its four personality types
