Course overview

This program is designed to provide ongoing learning and professional development for real estate appraisers including updates from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, an update from VA and FHA, information on diversity from the Appraisal Institute and members of the Diversity Program at Fannie Mae, information on PAREA, case studies in appraiser liability and two mock trails which demonstrate the process of litigation with and without an attorney for representation or a USPAP Instructor as a part of the appraiser defense.
