Neurologic Treatments Part 5: Gait Interventions

Course overview

This course will focus on providing a comprehensive approach for people with a neurological deficit who have challenges with ambulation. The assessment process will start with practicing and improving movement analysis skills to assist in determining the why of the functional limitation. Commonly identified impairments in this population will be reviewed based on the latest evidence. Finally, the main focus will be on providing a variety of intervention ideas with multiple examples of how to integrate optimal motor learning strategies into your interventions for the treatment session the next day.
