Course overview

The participants of this course would be able to review and understand the following: 1. What is epilepsy and seizure? 2. Describe conditions that can lead to epilepsy. 3. Know what can trigger seizures. 4. Summarize the types of epilepsy, and describe what is non epileptic seizure. 5. Review the causes, signs and symptoms, treatment, and diagnosis. 6. Lastly, identify ways for prevention, know what are the things to do and not do during seizure, and review first aid for seizure.
