Acute Seizure Management in Hospice Care

Course overview

Caring for patients on hospice care who experience seizures requires trial of compounded products and/or administration via routes that are considered off-label. Enclara Pharmacia's internal Drug Information service has been utilized frequently for responding to customer requests for additional information on the use of commercial anticonvulsants via unlabeled routes of administration as well as for unlabeled indications. This course will provide seizure management training for practitioners on seizure therapy including alternate routes of administration for hospice patients.
