Sharing new information on the recent advancements of premium presbyopic intraocular lenses; what we have now; and what is around the corner. How to discuss and educate patients on the many options that they have, and pros and cons of every lens. Making sure the referring doctor understands how to speak to their patients before being referred and setting expectations. Also, will go over how to appropriately manage these patients both preoperatively, and postoperatively. Will also touch on what is considered appropriate care, and staying within the legal boundaries of what is considered legal agreements between the referring doctor and the surgeon. Avoiding anti-kickback laws and regulations.
