For many children and youth, going back to school is an exciting time with thoughts of friends, sports, and interacting with beloved school staff. However, that is not the reality for all. Children of all ages struggle with anxiety and apprehension as the beginning of a new school year draws near. This webinar will discuss back-to-school stress and anxiety as well as strategies to help children make the transition and increase coping.
